Assigning Employees to a Clock

 

By default, PayClock Online will automatically assign new employees to the clocks.  To manage these settings:

  1. Select Clocks in the navigation list.
  2. A slide out menu will appear, select Manage Clocks.
  3. Choose your desired clock in the list.
  4. Select the Employees tab.
  5. If you do not wish for PayClock Online to automatically assign employees to a clock place a check next to Do Not Automatically Assign Employees To This Clock.
  6. Check the Employee names that you wish to have assigned to the selected clock.
  7. Press Save.
